Having trouble logging in?
You can fix most login problems by checking the possible causes listed below.
1. Have you forgotten your password? Depending on how you registered, you can reset your password and find additional information here.
Please note that your password is case sensitive.

2. Is this your very first time using HUMANOO? It is possible you have not registered your account yet which would prevent you from logging in.
3. Experiencing another issue? You can check the following:
- Make sure you are on the login screen, this can be found bottom right of the start/home screen. (“Login”)
- If you have registered with your Apple ID or Google account, you must use them to login again
- Some users may have registered with a username instead of an email address, in this case you must login with your username/password combination. If you registered with an email address this does not apply.
Note: Your username is not your HUMANOO ID. - Sometimes your smartphone may automatically insert a space character in the email or username field. Be sure to check if this is happening and delete the space character.
Please note that your company cannot "pre-create" an account for you. You must create your account yourself by registering before you can log in.
