We recommend using strong and complex passwords and in no case using a password that you already use elsewhere (for example, to log in to your email account).
The minimum password requirements for your account are:
- 11 to 20 characters
- letters including upper and lower case
- numbers
- No spaces
- Special characters*
* The following special characters are supported: ! # $ @ ? & % " ' + = ( ) / € - _ : , ; * < > [ ] { } \ | ~ £ ¥
Since complex passwords are often difficult to remember, we recommend that you look into using a password manager for yourself if you don't already use one. Some manufacturers, such as Apple, already offer a user-friendly solution with it's iOS password manager.
