Even if your tracker is not displayed in the list in the app, there is a high probability that we can measure your steps.
To do this, we have to take a small detour via the Google Fit (for Android) or Apple Health (for iPhone) app.
Google Fit and Apple Health can then again be selected as tracking apps normally.
Apple Health:
Step 1: Download the app of your tracker (e.g. Mi Fit) and log in.
Step 2: Allow access to Apple Health. (The message often comes at the beginning, but you can also find the option in the settings).
Step 3: Now open the Apple Health app and navigate to "Sources". Select the tracker (e.g. Mi Fit) and activate the access.
Step 4: Open the HUMANOO app and go to Settings > Tracker Connection and select Apple Health.
Google Fit:
Step 1: download your tracker's app (e.g. Mi Fit) and sign in.
Step 2: Allow access to Google Fit. (The message often comes at the beginning, but you can also find the option in the settings).
Step 3: You should already be connected to Google Fit. You can check this by opening Google Fit, going to Profile/Settings and tapping "Manage connected apps" here. Make sure you use the same account for Google Fit that you use for your tracker app!
Step 4: Open the HUMANOO app and go to Settings > Tracker Connection and select Google Fit.
