Missing permissions as the cause of synchronisation problems

In order for the Humanoo app to process your activity data, it needs the correct access authorisations. When you connect your tracker, you will be asked to grant these permissions.

Apple Health and Google Fit:
When you first connect, you will be asked for your consent - please accept the request for the synchronisation to be successful. If you want to make changes later, you can simply adjust the permissions in the Apple Health or Google Fit settings.

Other providers (e.g. Fitbit, Garmin, Withings, Polar):
Here too, you will be asked for permissions when you connect. If you want to adjust the authorisations later, log in to the web portal of the respective provider and change the settings there.

If synchronisation continues to cause problems, please check the permissions again or contact our support team.
