Missing permissions as the cause of synchronisation problems

The HUMANOO app needs access to your activity data in order to process it in the app. When you connect your tracker, you will be asked to give the HUMANOO app the necessary permissions for successful synchronization.

When connecting Apple Health and Google Fit, you will be asked for your consent the first time you connect, it is important that this is done then.

For other manufacturers such as Fitbit, Garmin, Withings or Polar, this step also takes place when connecting your manufacturer with the HUMANOO app.

If you hesitated when connecting and want to change the permissions later, you can easily do this in the Apple Health settings, as well as with Google Fit. With other providers, you have to log in to the respective web portal and adjust the permissions there for the connection with the HUMANOO app.
