Open your provider's app on your smartphone and make sure that the data from your fitness tracker or smartwatch is up-to-date there. If not, check the connection between your device and its app and set it up again if necessary.
Synchronise regularly with the provider app:
Most fitness trackers and smartwatches synchronise their data automatically with the provider's app. However, incomplete data exchange can sometimes occur. Open the provider app regularly to ensure that all activity data is fully transferred to the Humanoo app.
Be patient when updating data:
The data in the Humanoo app is updated with your provider's updates, not in real time. However, all data will be fully synchronised during the course of the day.
