3.1.2 My tracker is not displayed on HUMANOO. And now?

Even if your tracker is not displayed in the list in the app, there is a high probability that we can measure your steps.
To do this, we have to take a small detour via the Google Fit app (for Android) or Apple Health (for iPhone).

Google Fit and Apple Health can then be selected as normal tracking apps. (You can see how this works here).

Apple Health:

Step 1: Download the app of your tracker (e.g. Mi Fit) and log in.

Step 2: Allow access to Apple Health. (The message often comes at the beginning, but you can also find the option in the settings).

Step 3: Now open the Apple Health app and navigate to "Sources". Select the tracker (e.g. Mi Fit) and activate the access.

Step 4: Open the HUMANOO app and go to Settings > Tracker Connection and select Apple Health.

Google Fit:

Step 1: Download the app of your tracker (e.g. Mi Fit) and log in.

Step 2: Allow access to Google Fit. (The message often comes at the beginning, but you can also find the option in the settings).

Step 3: You should already be connected to Google Fit. You can check this by opening Google Fit, going to Profile/Settings and tapping "Manage connected apps" here. Make sure you use the same account for Google Fit that you use for your tracker app!

Step 4: Open the HUMANOO app and go to Settings > Tracker Connection and select Google Fit.
