Details for recording Cycling & Running per tracker

Running and cycling workouts can be measured in two ways:

  • Live (real time), i.e. they are started on the tracker OR the tracking app and are then being transmitted to HUMANOO. 
  • Manually, i.e. they are added manually by the user after the workout and are then synchronised to HUMANOO.

 *Possible via a 3rd party app, e.g. Strava, or certain wearables (e.g. Apple Watch). 

**Apple currently only allows you to add kilometres, not minutes. We therefore recommend a 3rd party app, e.g. Strava.

The connection is made in each case via:

  • the mobile tracker (e.g. Apple Watch) > tracking app (e.g. Apple Health) > HUMANOO. 

A direct transfer of data (e.g. directly from a mobile tracker, wearable or Strava) to HUMANOO is unfortunately not possible.
