For a longer and healthier life, the WHO recommends 150 minutes of medium intensity exercise or 75 minutes of higher intensity exercise per week, as well as a good mental balance. 

According to the WHO, exercise is a very important means of improving physical and mental health. It reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, some types of cancer and many other non-communicable diseases. It is hard to believe, but in Germany 40 percent of men and 44 percent of women do not exercise enough - and the trend is rising. If you want to lead a healthy life, you should walk for 30 minutes a day during the week or be active for 15 minutes at a brisk pace so that you break a sweat. Make exercise an important part of your daily life!

And this is how it works: 

In "TRAINING" we differentiate between activities with medium and higher intensity. But it has to be a bit strenuous. And that means that slow walking is a lot of fun, but not counted. There is a training point for one minute's movement with medium activity. You decide for yourself whether you want to walk fast, jog slowly or cycle comfortably. 

If it gets more strenuous, there are even two training points per minute. These include jogging, brisk cycling or an intensive workout. Your goal is 150 exercise points per week.

But exercise is not the only thing you should do for your health. Mental balance is also important. At HUMANOO you will find countless offers for this: meditations, autogenic training, sound worlds, motivational exercises and much more. Whenever you complete a session in the area of MINDFULNESS, you will receive points. The following applies: Listen to guided meditations and collect one point for one minute of listening. In total there should be 40 mindfulness points per week. 

Knowledge also earns you EDUCATIONAL points. In the categories Training, Mindfulness and Nutrition you will find many tips on health-related topics. If you read them, you will acquire knowledge about health and collect points along the way. How to do this? We count the words in the session and calculate the points you receive. The total number of points per week should be 10.
