Goal: I am...a beginner and want to get more energy

At HUMANOO you will find many exercises with which you can specifically train individual body parts. For many of them you need no or hardly any equipment and can do them very easily at home after a short instruction. First, set your fitness level, the duration, the desired equipment and the body area you want to train. 

Good exercises for beginners:

  • Core Stability: Exercises such as Criss-Cross, Hip Thrusts, Knee Push-ups or Slow Mountain Climbers train your core and help you to achieve a better posture. The training unit "Core Stability" consists of eleven individual exercises.
  • Legs, Bums &Tums: With squats, jumping jacks, crunches and other exercises you can train your torso and buttocks and become generally more flexible.
  • Push-up Challenge: Up to now you have feared doing push-ups, but with this daily unit this will change - wanna bet?
  • Full Body Workout: You do not need equipment here, but you will train all areas of your body. The exercises are really fun and you will soon notice how your endurance improves and your joints and muscles are strengthened.
