My tracker is not listed on HUMANOO. What can I do?

Even if your tracker does not appear in the list in the app, there is a good chance that we can measure your steps. To do this we have to use a small workaround and include the app Google Fit (for Android) or Apple Health (for iPhone). Google Fit and Apple Health can then be selected as tracking apps in the normal way. (You can see how this works here.) 


Apple Health:

Step 1: Download the app of your tracker (e.g. Mi Fit) and log in 

Step 2: Allow access to Apple Health (The message often appears at the beginning, but you can also find the option in the preferences)

Step 3: Now open the Apple Health App and navigate to "Sources". Select the tracker (e.g. Mi Fit) and activate the access

Step 4: Open the HUMANOO App and go to Progress/Preferences/Connected Apps and select Apple Healthkit 


Google Fit: 

Step 1: Download the app of your tracker (e.g. Mi Fit) and log in 

Step 2: Allow access to Google Fit (The message often appears at the beginning, but you can also find the option in the settings) 

Step 3: You should be connected to Google Fit by now. You can check this by opening Google Fit, going to Profile/Settings and tapping on "Manage connected apps". Make sure that you use Google Fit for the same account that you use for your tracker app!

Step 4: Open the HUMANOO App and go to Progress/Preferences/Connected Apps and select Google Fit
