2.3.2. I can't log in. Why?

1. Have you forgotten your password? 

2. Is this your first time using HUMANOO? - Please note that your company does not (pre)registered an account for you. You can easily register yourself.

3. Is there a problem on the login screen?

  • If you are logged out, you will need to login again to use HUMANOO. To do this, tap "Log In" at the bottom of the start screen. 
  • Please note that the password is case-sensitive.
  • If you have registered with your  Apple ID or your Google account, you will need to use it again to log in.

  • You assigned your user name during registration. If you entered your email address during registration, you can also use this instead of your username. Your username is not your HUMANOO ID.
  • If there is a dot in your username, your smartphone might have automatically inserted a space afterwards. Delete the space.
